"Because I have so many food allergies (wheat, dairy, eggs and soy) it is really hard to get out to eat food anywhere. Most restaurants have food that has been prepared in advance and soaked / cooked in a bunch of things I can't have like soy sauce, butter and eggs. On Call Chef asked me very specific questions about the foods I could and could not have, and from that they adjusted their delicious recipes and made me something that was so amazing, I practically swallowed it whole! Simple adjustments like using "potato flour" instead of "wheat flour" and "olive oil" instead of "butter", gave me an opportunity to eat like "everyone" else without being fearful of being in pain or sick later. My husband, who can eat anything, didn't notice as the food was just plain delicious! On Call Chef is ahead of their time as they know good food is a combination of ingredients, not reliant on one being there (or not). I think the future of cooking really is in chefs that can accommodate for children and adults that have these special dietary needs."
